At BridgeRx Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how to request them.
1. Service-Based Refund Policy
Because our services are customized and often delivered digitally or through direct consultation, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- A service was not delivered as agreed in the signed contract or scope of work.
- There was a billing error or duplicate charge.
- A cancellation was made within the allowable timeframe as outlined in your service agreement. Payment/Refund Terms
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of the issue. Include the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- Invoice or transaction number
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully rendered and accepted
- Missed appointments or consultations without at minimum 48 hours prior notice
- Custom deliverables that have already been approved or used
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
