​I started my pharmacy journey behind the counter at CVS, where I quickly moved into a lead technician role. That early experience taught me the value of strong systems, clear communication, and the power of a well-run team. From there, I expanded my skills at Kroger Pharmacy—managing inventory, training staff, and learning how to keep a busy pharmacy running smoothly.

​But it was when I stepped into the world of pharmacy technology at PioneerRx that everything clicked. I found myself drawn to the challenge of helping independent pharmacies navigate complex software transitions, troubleshoot issues, and build systems that actually work for their teams. I loved being the person who could translate between pharmacy operations and tech—making things simpler, clearer, and more effective. It was here I discovered my passion for supporting independent pharmacies, a vital yet increasingly rare part of the healthcare ecosystem.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve built a career that blends hands-on pharmacy experience with deep knowledge of  retail and compounding workflows, pharmacy software and integrations. I’ve supported everything from formulary setup, inventory management, care plans, and competitive pricing models. I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools—and the right guidance—can transform a pharmacy’s day-to-day operations.
