To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines:
1. Appointment Scheduling
All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email once your session is confirmed.
2. Session Types
Session types vary in duration and pricing. Be sure to review the session details carefully before booking to ensure the right fit for your needs.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. (Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days.)
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
- You may reschedule your session once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
5. Custom Engagements
Refund terms for custom consulting packages or long-term engagements will be outlined in your service agreement.
6. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
7. Confidentiality
All sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality. Your pharmacy’s data, operations, and strategy are treated with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
8. Technical Requirements
Consultations are conducted via video conferencing. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to any relevant software or documentation prior to your session.
